Everything was simply perfect. By and large, it was good home base for sightseeing in Marrakesh, had much fun and met very nice and courteous staff that serves excellent service. The idea to include an electric kettle and glassware in the family room was nice. Courtyard view was a bonus. The atmosphere created was special.

Located down a quiet, dimly-lit alleyway next to a palace, this hotel is close to all the main attractions and right beside a taxi rank, making exploring the city incredibly easy. the beautifully decorated rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great bathrooms and daily cleaning service. the breakfast is plentiful and delicious, especially when enjoyed on the stunning roof terrace with views of the surrounding area. the hospitable staff will take care of all your needs and can even help organize a camel trip.
Some guests may find the dark alleyway leading to the hotel a bit unnerving at night.

I had an amazing city trip and the hotel was perfect for me. The staff were friendly and professional, and always eager to help out. The decoration of the hotel was stunning and the breakfast was delicious. I loved the location because it was situated in a quiet spot, yet still close enough to all the attractions.
I did experience some issues such as the pool being a bit dirty on the terrace and there wasn't sufficient shading on the terrace when it was hot. sometimes I found the duvets and linen to be too heavy which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Enjoyed a delicious, homemade breakfast every morning that was different each day, with freshly squeezed juice and tea or coffee. the staff was extremely kind and went the extra mile for us.
The Wi-Fi was spotty at times, and the location wasn't our favorite area. the staff was helpful in providing information about the city and showed us the way around.
